To find OH One Physiotherapy at Cardiff City FC – House of Sport 1, here are some simple routes and landmarks to guide you:

From the M4 – Eastbound (e.g. from Newport, Bristol)

  • Exit the M4 at Junction 29 and follow the A48(M) towards Cardiff.

  • Merge onto the A48 (Eastern Avenue).

  • Take the exit for A4232 Cardiff (West).

  • Follow signs for Cardiff City Stadium / Leckwith.

  • At the roundabout, take the exit for Clos Parc Morgannwg – House of Sport 1 is on your left, next to Cardiff City Stadium.

From the M4 – Westbound (e.g. from Swansea, Bridgend)

  • Exit the M4 at Junction 33, following signs for A4232 Cardiff (West).

  • Continue on the A4232 and follow signs for Cardiff City Stadium / Leckwith.

  • Take the exit towards Leckwith.

  • At the roundabout, take the exit for Clos Parc Morgannwg – look out for Cardiff City Stadium.

  • House of Sport 1 is directly alongside the stadium complex.

From Cardiff City Centre

  • Head west on Cowbridge Road East (A4161) towards Leckwith.

  • Cross the River Taff and continue towards Cardiff City Stadium.

  • Follow signs for House of Sport / Cardiff City FC.

  • Turn into Clos Parc Morgannwg and House of Sport 1 is just before the stadium on your left.

From Cardiff Central Station

  • By car/taxi: Around 10 minutes.

  • By bus: Regular buses run from the city centre to Cardiff City Stadium (Leckwith).

  • On foot: Approximately 30 minutes’ walk.

Parking Info

  • On-site parking is available at House of Sport 1 (free for clinic clients).

  • Additional parking is available in the surrounding stadium complex car parks.
