Our clinical team brings unrivalled expertise and sector knowledge. This includes two Clinical Lead Specialist Occupational Health Practitioners with more than 30 years’ combined experience, plus a Consultant Occupational Health Physician with three decades in occupational medicine, including leadership within a global manufacturing group.
We employ only clinically competent specialists—from OH nurses and mental health professionals to physiotherapists and physicians—ensuring every referral is handled by the right expert. All management referrals are triaged by a registered nurse and allocated accordingly, so your business always receives a high-quality, evidence-based occupational health report you can act on with confidence.
Bespoke and Personalised Communication
At OH One, we believe good occupational health depends on more than reports—it depends on relationships.
Managers receive free follow-up access to our clinicians (with consent in place) to clarify recommendations and support implementation.
We hold regular review meetings with HR and management teams to align advice with your organisation’s culture and operational needs.
Each client is assigned a Senior OH Clinician to coordinate clinical delivery and an Account Manager to oversee service, finance, and contractual aspects—ensuring continuity, clarity, and a genuinely personalised service.
