We are proud to announce that Health 2 Employment and OH One are now (15/07/2024) an accredited Living Wage Employer!

This commitment means that every member of our staff earns not just the minimum wage, but the real Living Wage.

The Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually, reflecting the true cost of living in the UK. We firmly believe that every member of staff deserves at least, the Living Wage, because a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay.
