Not every employee requires counselling. Where appropriate, OH One can help eligible employees access the Government-funded Access to Work Mental Health Support Service. This confidential service provides practical support, coping strategies and workplace-focused guidance at no cost to the employer or employee. Our team will help identify the most appropriate pathway, ensuring employees receive the right level of support at the right time.
