Quality Service

Our clinical team offers a high degree of expertise, knowledge, and skill. This includes our 2 Clinical Lead Specialist OH (Occupational Health) Practitioners, with a combined experience of over 30 years working in occupational health. We also employ a leading Occupational Health Physician as a consultant, who brings over 30 years of experience in occupational medicine, including working as a medical director for one of the largest food manufactures in the world. We believe in using clinical specialists wherever possible.

OH One has a team of OH specialist nurses, mental health nurses, physiotherapists, and OH Physicians, who are clinically competent to undertake complex case management referrals and provide high quality occupational health reports. All our management referrals are triaged by a registered nurse, and will be allocated to a clinician with the relevant expertise. Our team has many years of experience across a wide variety of employment sectors. OH One ensure quality in our occupational health services by going ‘above and beyond’ in our role as a health partner.

Bespoke and Personalised Communication

We will offer free and accessible contact for Managers to contact our clinicians after receipt of our reports, in order to address concerns and queries (with appropriate consideration to consent).

OH One want to create a shared language with clients, to ensure that our reports are understood and can be acted upon. Steps to allow this will include regular meetings with the HR and referring managers, as well as observation and research of the organisations services, work sector and work roles.

From the outset, we will allocate a Senior OH clinician to co-ordinate clinical service delivery. This named clinician will provide accessible, contactable expertise for stakeholders across the companies network. An OH One Account Manager will also be assigned ensuring continuity of care and service delivery, managing contractual, financial and customer service aspects.

Timely and Responsive Action

Our embedded technology solutions and remote service model allows us to offer a consistently quick turnaround. Our internal key performance indicator is to contact employees within 2 working days of receiving a referral. We then offer an appointment within 7 calendar days. The report is provided back to the organisation within 2 working days of the assessment (following the consent of the employee). The whole process can therefore be undertaken in less than two weeks.

Cost Effective

OH-One deliver a mixed model of remote and on-site service provision for clients across multiple industries. The majority of the work is able to be delivered remotely and this allows us to provide cost-effective, flexible, and time effective service model and solutions for employers and employees. As we link into our wider business and clinical capacity we are able to also make economies of scale, and to provide our ‘One Stop’ shop for all your health related and wellbeing needs.

To cater for all we are able to deliver services via ad-hoc agreements as well as building larger scale annualised agreements where services are likely to be more regularly required and wholesale. All packages are built bespoke to the organisation and their individual requirements.

OH-One employs a variety of clinicians including adult nurses, mental health nurses, occupational health nurses, occupational health technicians, occupational health physicians, counsellors, psychologists, physiotherapists, MSK (Musculoskeletal Medicine) specialists. Through our division, we are therefore able to offer the full range of occupational health services and triage to the relevant clinical expert, providing a streamlined service for the organisation and employee.

One Off or Regular Services

We offer ad hoc and contracted services. Essentially you choose the type of service that best suits your business needs, and we’ll provide that service to you, as often or as little as you like, that way, you only pay for the services you need, when you need them.
