Why OH One Offers Multiple Streams of Service

Not every company offers multiple streams of service when delivering their products and this limits them in more ways than one.

If you’re unsure what we mean by service stream, then we define this term by the way in which we deliver our products. As our products may be training, assessments, or consulting then that means they tend to put us in more forward-facing positions.

However, in the world of COVID that can be difficult to achieve. Here’s how we managed to get around that:

Video Conferencing

During the lockdown, video conferencing was a new solution to ensure that our business could still operate relatively normally.

It also allows for no geographical boundaries – which means regardless of where you’re based in the world, we’ll be able to work with you.

A few of the services we may offer through video conferencing are:

  • Counselling

  • Mental Health Training

  • DSE Workstation and Ergonomic Training

  • Wellbeing

  • Health Surveillance

If video conferencing is the only way you can proceed, then we’ll make any of our programmes as accessible as possible through video conferencing.

Telephone Consultation

We’ve equipped our Occupational Health Specialists to be able to fulfil their role and duties via telephone consultation when required.

A major perk of the telephone consultation is that it is accessible to the majority of businesses and households across the UK.

We typically work with assessments and mental health matters over the phone, sometimes these are just on a one-off consultation, but other times it may be a scheduled call that is arranged with your employee. Regardless of the situation, all phone calls are treated with respect and privacy.

On-Site

Although we do as much as we can to keep our services accessible and easy, not all of them can be.

That’s why in some instances, it is unavoidable for us to do anything other than to do an on-site consultation.

A few instances of this may be:

  • Business health checks

  • Various assessments

  • Health surveillance

  • Physiotherapy

An on-site consultation can be on an ad-hoc basis or on a regular one, we aim to be as flexible as possible. At OH One, our job is to make your workplace safer and happier. Get in contact to hear more.
