Rick Livesey MSc BSc (Hons) HCPC – Chartered Physiotherapist & Clinical Operations Lead

Rick Livesey is a highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and Clinical Operations Lead with over a decade of expertise in both the private and public healthcare sectors. With a Master’s degree in Sports Injury Rehabilitation and a career spanning clinical practice, business leadership, and operational management, Rick brings a unique blend of skills to the table. He has led and grown multi-location clinics, including founding the award-winning Sports Physio UK, which served over 30,000 patients and generated over £1 million in revenue.

Rick is currently Clinical Operations Lead at OH One Physiotherapy, where he manages a nationwide clinical team, delivering virtual and face-to-face occupational health services. His leadership has been pivotal in launching OH One, a specialist occupational health brand, and implementing digital health solutions that streamline clinical operations and improve patient outcomes.

Throughout his career, Rick has been involved in national strategic partnerships, including leading research initiatives to improve access to occupational health for SMEs. His broad clinical expertise, combined with his passion for digital innovation and healthcare management, positions him as a key thought leader in the physiotherapy and occupational health sectors.

When he’s not managing clinical operations, Rick enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, rock climbing, and kayaking, alongside tackling DIY projects at home.
